Meet Hawaii Immigration Attorney Emmanuel Samonte Tipon

Emmanuel Samonte Tipon is of counsel to The Tipon Law Firm, LLLC. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, various federal courts, New York, and the Philippines. He obtained a Master of Laws degree from Yale Law School on a Fulbright/Smith Mundt scholarship and has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines. Hawaii immigration lawyer Emmanuel Tipon has more than 25 years of experience in immigration law, specifically on complex issues and deportation. He also handles criminal defense. He is experienced in writing briefs in criminal and civil appeals.

For the last 29 years, attorney Tipon has been writing law books and legal articles for Thomson Reuters and several newspapers in the United States and abroad. He has a number of radio programs on legal issues in Hawaii, which is rebroadcast worldwide via the internet. Attorney Tipon served as corporate counsel for Dole Foods in the Philippines, and for a number of insurance companies, and a bank.
