Fees

If you are wondering whether or not to face your legal challenges on your own, call to set up your consultation with an attorney.  We will help you determine the complexity of your case, and you can decide if an attorney is necessary to help you protect your rights.  Call us to schedule an in-office meeting with one of our attorneys.

Standard Rate

Our standard fee for every case is $250.00 per hour.  We do take some criminal defense and immigration cases on a flat fee basis, depending on the individual facts of your case.  Mediation fees are also $250.00 per hour, but are negotiable on a case-by-case basis.  Unlike many law firms, we tell you our fees up front.  We will try to keep your costs as low as possible by letting you know how you can assist us in preparing your case.

Discounts

We offer a reduced rate for active duty and retired military.  And to ensure that everyone can receive quality representation today, we take Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also offer flexible monthly payment options, depending on your situation.

Retainers

We charge a lower retainer than many law firms.  A retainer is an amount you pay up front to cover the costs of your case.  The money is kept in a client trust account, and your attorney withdraws funds as they are earned.  If there is money left over at the conclusion of your case, the money is returned to you.  If you owe more money, we will set up a monthly payment plan that works for everyone.

Flat Fees

We may take your criminal defense or immigration case on a flat fee basis.  This means you pay one fee, one time – regardless of how long your case takes to resolve.

Representation Options

Consultation Only (“Pay As You Go”).  There are many reasons why you may choose to represent yourself in your divorce, child custody, or other matter.  We can help demystify the legal process by helping you plan your attack, draft the proper forms, and prepare for court.  We can also help you attempt to settle your case out-of-court.  You pay for each “help session” with an attorney, but you ultimately represent yourself.

This option means that we do NOT actually represent you.  You hire us only on a “consulting basis”.  We do not go to court for you or with you, and we do not speak with the opposing party’s attorney.  You handle your own case with our guidance.  Of course, if you are unable to resolve the issues or if the case becomes too overwhelming, you may always choose to formally retain us.

Full Representation.  If you formally retain us, we will become your “attorney of record”.  This means that we will represent you in all aspects of your family law or criminal defense matter.  During your initial consultation, we will look at the complexity of your case and help you determine whether full representation is in your best interest.

This option means that you have less worry about documents and deadlines.  We will take care of the details for you and walk you through every step of the case.  We will fight for your rights and aggressively represent your interests from start to finish
